• Analytics providers: We use Firebase Analytics and PostHog to understand how users interact with the app.
• Payment processors: Subscription payments are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.

5. Children's Privacy

Roomie is designed for use by students of all ages under parental supervision. We require users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. For users under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will delete that information promptly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Chat sessions and homework data are retained to allow you to review past tutoring sessions. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
